नोकरीच्या शोधात...

नमस्कार,

मी ८+ वर्षाचा अनुभव असलेला संगणक अभियंता आहे. आणि सध्याच्या आर्थिक मंदीच्या लाटेला बळी पडलेल्या अनेकांपैकी एक.

काल सकाळपर्यंत सगळं काही सुरळित चालू होतं. अचानक १२ वाजण्याच्या सुमारास HR ने केबिन मधे बोलावून घेतलं आणि सांगितलं - "तुमचे आमचे ॠणानुबंध आता संपले. आज तुमचा इथला शेवटचा दिवस! उद्यापासून तुम्ही येणार नाही आहात!"

झालं... क्षणात होत्याचं नव्हतं झालं. एक खूप मोठं प्रश्नचिन्ह सोबत घेउन घरी आलो. रात्री अर्थातच झोप काही लागली नाही. जेवण सुद्धा घशाखाली उतरत नव्हतं. "आता पुढे काय" हा एकच प्रश्न!

आज उठल्यावर सगळ्यात पहिलं काम केलं ते म्हणजे CV अपडेट केला. सगळ्या मित्रांना/मैत्रीणींना फोन लावले. सगळ्यांना CV पाठवला. सगळ्या जॉबच्या साईट्स वर सुद्धा अपलोड केला. बघुया पुढे काय होतंय ते.

असाच विचार करत असताना आठवलं की इथे मायबोलीवर सुद्धा अनेक जण संगणक क्षेत्रातले आहेत. म्हणून इथे येऊन मी तुमची मदत मागतो आहे.

I have a Bachelors in Science and Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad and have over 12 years experience working in the IT domain. I started my career as a Research Analyst for an MNC in Hyderabad after my MBA. A couple of years after this I jumped on to the IT bandwagon and started working as an Oracle programmer, later moved onto working as a Java programmer/ Analyst for over 3 years. From 2005 I have been working as an Oracle Apps (ERP) functional consultant for the last 8 years. I have experience and am open to working as a Lead Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Release Manager or in any other senior- mid level managerial positions. As you are aware I have got my green card so I do not need any visa sponsorship. I am open to travel as required by the job but not willing to relocate (Ashburn, Virginia) immediately.
