मला software testing course करायचा आहे . मी नोकरी करत असुन शक्यतो weekend batch preferable आहे. मुंबईमध्ये बोरिवली- अंधेरी या दरम्यान चांगली institute बद्द्ल कुणाला माहिती आहे का? शक्यतो placement assistance असावा..

deepali....sorry for writing in english...but its fast....first of all you have to consider what kind of education you have....if u r already into software industry... it is easy to switch....u can do some courses...if u r in pune...SEED is best of all....additionally you can read books on testing...its not rocket science....also it will be helpful if u have any domain knowledge like banking, finance etc....this helps you to do better testing if you know the functionalities well....also there is a huge demand for automation in testing using tools like Winrunner etc... once you r in testing, u can learn tools even when u r on a job...cause there are many tools available in the market.....there is a pdf available on net called 'Practical Software Testing' by Ilene Bernstein. Its a very good book. If you study that...u can get to the forefront of the testing domain...in case u need any help...let me know..I am into this QA/QC field for last 13 years....any help needed,,,i will be happy to help you out.

placement assistance असावा..>> प्रशिक्षण चांगले देणारी संस्था बघा. बहुतेक सर्व जण प्लेसमेंट असिस्टंस् म्हणुन खोटी आश्वासने देतात. SEED बद्दल चांगले ऐकुन आहे

नाना, थॅक्यु खुप चांगली माहिती दिलीत. मुंबई मध्ये प्रशिक्षण चांगले देणारी संस्था माहिती असेल तर प्लीज कळवा. असं काही आहे का मॅन्युल टेस्टींग करुन मग अ‍ॅटोमेश्न करावे?

सॉफ्टवेअर टेस्टींग वर हा धागा असल्याने नविन धागा न काढता यावरच माहिती मागतोय..

माझा एक मित्र, ज्याने ईलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मधे डिप्लोमा केलाय, २००४ च्या सुमारास, त्यानंतर तो स्वताचा व्यावसाय करित होता. आता काहि कारणास्तव तो आता व्यावसाय पुढे सुरु ठेऊ शकत नाहिये. आता त्याला नोकरिची खुपच आवश्यकता आहे. त्याला मि सॉफ्टवेअर टेस्टींग चा पर्याय सुचवलाय कारण त्याला लागणारा खर्च आणि तयारिसाठी लागणारा कालावधी कमी आहे. पण त्याला येणार्‍या प्रमुख अडचणी..

१.पदवि नसणे.
२.शिक्षण आणि नोकरि साठिच्या प्रयत्नात असलेला मोठा कालावधी.

तर प्रश्न हा आहे कि हा पर्याय त्याच्यासाठि किती योग्य आहे? कृपया जाणकारांनी मार्गदर्शन करावे.
