माझ्याही खात्यातुन या कंपनीने रुपये १०० /- काढुन घेतले आहेत. इंटरनेट्वर अश्या अनेक तक्रारी सापडल्या आहेत ज्या खाली कॉपी /पेस्ट केलेल्या आहेत.

आपल्यालाही असाच अनुभव आलाय का ? नसेल तर खास करुन आपले अकाउंट चेक करा. तसेच असा अनुभव आलेला असेल तर कोणत्या बँकेच्या संदर्भात आलेला आहे ?

आपण हा व्यवहार रद्द करुन आपले पैसे परत मिळवु शकलात का ? असाल तर कोणत्या मार्गाने ?

१००/- रुपये महत्वाचे नाहीत. अश्या कंपन्यांना चाप बसायला हवा.

सल्ला आपला अनुभव असेल तरच द्यावा ही विनंती.

refund my money,for non confirmed online bus ticket
Dear Sir,
I have tried to book Online bus ticket from aluva to chennai on 18-12-2012 through www.makemytrip.com(Sona Travels). An amount of Rs.1250 has been deducted from my HDFC account(A/c No: 04011140004776) as the payment for the transaction. Before getting the PNR confirmation on ticket, 'd happened network failure and the webpage got blocked. As my HDFC net banking shows Rs.1250 has been withdrawn in favour of Avenues India Limited vide ref no CCA12LPSC397-Avenues India Ltd and Cheque no.1218215245.

As this is a failure transaction, and the amount was deducted without any worth, I request you to please do the needful to refund the amount of Rs.1250 to

This is to your kind notice that I am recharge my reliance digital TV. on dated 22nd Sept -2011.at 3 pm With Rs.241.00 reference no .5245934 and my smart card no.2004032643.through paytm@com and Payment ref: no CCA11IDZP388- and payment receipt by Avenues India Limited from my HDFC A/c but the amount not credit on my reliance digital TV A/c. till date . after that I have already send so many reminder to care@paytm.com but there is no respond form your side or still date not showing any recharge a/c balance in my reliance big TV or not getting any refund .Already I am complaint 5times regarding same but no satisfy answer/solution getting from your side.
So please this is humble request with reminder to you, please short out this matter as soon as possible.Either recharge my reliance big TV or refund the same amount to my bank A/c.

I was booking a movie ticket on 28-May-2011. But once I clicked on Pay it prompts me a message that "Transaction is unsuccessful Your Amount deducted will credit in your account".

I think that man is mad bcoz we also book tickets through that site & we have also got refunded our amount 2 times from the date when it was started .I regularly book tickets for films but if amount not refunded then i give them my refrence id & then they refund me my money by giving that transaction refernce id to bank . As they told us.

More than 14 days.....

First I had booked D8, D9 for that case trnasaction not done properly; but the amount debited from my account through HDFC netbanking. And ticket print out also not came to my mail ID. Pls go through the attachment.

After that agin I had booked D6 & D7. For this case transction done properly with ticket print out & also got the mail.

Dear Sir,

Please go throgh the attachment in details .

I have already given you the deatils with attachment since 29th sep.

Also go through the trail in details for better information.
From your side some body confirm that he has receive the attachment details also.
After that he told me to purchase another 2- ticket , we will arrange to return with in 48hr.

Alraedy 13days left.

How many times I will request you.....

As per CCA Avenues they have not received , but my online tranction shows that 124/- credited to CCA Avenues
( For this you can check the attachment - In MS office 2007 - Excel Format).
Also you can contact HDFC bank; at other end HDFC bank's customercare dept. explained that CCA Avenues is responsible for this transaction. for this bank is not responsible.....!!!!!!

For this who will responsible I don't know. Every time you both parties make different excuse.....

I had similar experience with CC Avenues,couple of times while recharging Uninor sim (transaction failure but money got debited). However every time money got refunded w/o any followup within 48 hours.
