But I enjoyed my pregnancy at work and at home too. Again this is an experience before 2001 when IT-industry in the world was in boom. Even after delivery when my leave was over, they offerred me part-time option for 2 months and flexible hrs thruout so I used to go home(it was just 15 mins drive) during lunch time, feed my baby and come back to work.

Aarti: Congrats... have u by any chance spoken with your HR/Care department/Dept. Secretary!!! The reason to bring this up was there are indeed many facilities in company policy which many a times ppl are not aware off or the interpretation is not simple.

i guess working from home is not an option yet offered in India, barring a few companies in Bangalore i guess. But even in bangalore, I know only Cisco offering this facility.
