AN APPEAL
I , Smt. Kusum Kore, the hapless mother of Shri Dhananjay Kore, a mentally retarded child by birth, am approaching you for your kind help and assistance, towards the upbringing of my child, as I am now 67 and not in a position to earn for his maintenance.
Since I could not take care of him due to my ageing and ill health I admitted my son in ADHAR, an Institute at Badlapur, which takes care of Mentally Retarded children, 10 years ago. Initially the fee was Rs.2500/- per month and over the period, the fees is raised to Rs.3500/- per month. I have used all my savings (including that of my late husband) to pay his fess all these years. Now the stage has reached where I am left with no savings or source of income and cannot pay his fees any further.
I am advised to deposit Rs.5.00 lakhs towards the life time maintenance charges of my child. I am left with no other means, other than to approach you for help. Where
else can a helpless mother go If Rs.5.00 lakh is deposited my child's future would be
secure and this mother can have a peaceful death.
I humbly request you to help this, poor ill-fated mother by way of your kind and generous contribution (however small it may be) so as to keep my son in ADHAR, life long. I would be ever grateful to you.
