Until July 16th Shani is in LAST CHARAN & last degree & last few seconds of Kirk raashi (Raashi Gandant) in Ashlesha nakshatra.
1. Last time "prince episode" (military rescued him) had happened when Shani was in last charan;
2. Even 2 weeks back, someone in Pune district fell in 12 feet below.
3. 2 Days back I saw some 5 year old guy going some 133 feet below...!!
People born from 1st Auguyt to 15th August would be more prone to such problems...
So until July 16th, Shani changes the sign, EVERYBODY should be careful of drainages ini apparment complex, children playing near it etc etc....
I think this is a one off incidence & also your Mars, Saturn, Moon and Sun are aspecting 5th house Kirk rashi (Santati sthan). So until shani is in Kirk raashi you got to be careful about Santati.

(1) That is a good article on Raahu and Ketu. In my opinion, numerous case studies and live examples/experience is REALLY imp to understand the Raahu/Ketu (& also other principles are only a theory without experience)
(2) You can subtract Ayanamsh for particular year from the Western ones.

(1) Good Horoscope except say Saturn in 5th house in Moola nakshatra, it could show some issues to legs/health of the kids at times (specially from 2002 end to May 2005).
(2) Also, Saturn in 5th house shows a bit delayed kids than normal. (Say 29/30+ for male and 26/27+ for feamle). Actually, in such cases it is often advised to wait until say 26/27 for female and 29+ for the guy. In your case Mars is with Venus and Guru aspecting 7th house Moon so results will be mixed. May times I have seen people getting married very early but given than u r born on 22nd (addition 4) it could have been wiser to wait a bit. (Anyways no need to discuss that now) 
(3) Mars/Venus in 1st house & 7th to Moon shows great possibility of a love marriage. Also vaivahik skh is very good in the horoscope except may be the delay/Saturn effect.
(4) Career point of view, outside India stay would be much better or even 6-8 hrs away from native/b-place would be good I guess.
(5) Current Mahadasha is that of Saturn from 1996. This is a bit testing sort. issues w.r.t kids would be on forefront & also health wise (legs, lever) could have had some issues.
(6) 2008 would see much better imorvement on some delayed matters. 2010 would be the best as Guru would aspect Raajyogkarak Mangal which is already VERY well placed in 1st house.
(7) As Saturn would travelling over Mars/Venus & pratiyog to Moon in next 2+ years, there would be some delays, some saturation in life, staying away from siblings or at times from life partner (due to various issues) is possible.

(1) Santati:
a. Shani in 5th house and currently Shani is over it. So as mentioned in the above post, the Santati is delayed mostly until say 28-30+.
b. Owner of 5th house is in 6th house, so this is adding a bit to issues as it is with Sun (Astangat) but not anshatmak.
c. Santati-KARAK Guru is wakri and is also 5th sthan owner(Saggi) from Moon sign (Leo).
d. Guru is aspected by Shani, again shows delay.
Now, overall, Shani is now moving away from Shani on 15th July. Guru would be aspecting patrika Guru in 2008 and would also be 5th to the Moon sign. I think 2008 is one the best chance for Santati.
(2) Froom July 2007 to Sept 2009, Shani would be on Moon/Ravi and Wakri Venus. This could show some issues w.r.t backbone/backache, heart issues (Mama-Mavashi) & overall water in the body. As Guru is aspecting these planets I think the issues won't be major.
(3) 2008 would be THE BEST for MANY things in life. It would give many things pending in last 2 years.
(4) I suggest any major change in life is best done after Spet 2009 (as far as possible). If something is already half-done / started it is JUST FINE. I think that MAJOR risk should be avoided until Sept 2009. (Again, 2008 would be much better of course.)
I strongly suggest PUSHKRAAJ (Yellow Sapphire) 3+ caret) Gold Ring, Rigth hand in Index finger (2nd from thumb). Wear it on Thursday 1 hr withiin the local Suryoday. Guru's Navagraha mantra would be available on some site (Google please!). Recite it for 21 times before wearing it. Namsmaran of your KULDEWATA is also highly recommended.

(2) No..I didn't think of Mercury:: The way of marriage/finding some one can be decided by nakshatra of venus or saptamesh, if they are in Budh nakshatra or rashi, then someone else introducing etc etc could happen. Usually I don't get into minute details else people get psyched about one way and could ignore other good ignore other very good opprotunities!
(3) Background check: Tashi garaj nahi pun Venus ani Mars ne "Ati ghai" howu shakate!
(4) LOVE MARRIAGE: Long back I had a post on love marriage possibilities. Here it is in short:
a. Anyonya yog of 5th and 7th house owners
b. Yuti of 5th and 7th owner in good sthan of they being friends.
c. Mangal-Shukra both in Kaam-Trikon.
d. Mangal in Shukra;s sign, Shukra in Mangal's sign or even Shukra in Shukra's sign

Mr Milind I was wearing Yellow sapphire from 1999 to 2003 .One astrologer at my previous place of work had advised me to take it out.Donot know why he said so.I also wear a substitute of Neelam on my left hand and a panna on right hand.Do u think the combination with Yellow sapphire is advisable.I was also wearing red-coral but took it out as advised by the astrologer.This was 10 months back.

(1) 2002 end to May 2005 there could have been health issues as Saturn went over Ravi/Mars and Raahu. As Raahu is in uchcha raashi, it might not have added to much into the issues. But arms, backbone and internal reprod organs could have been the areas of concerns during this period. Specially, as Mahadasha is also that of Rahu until Nov 2009 and your lagnesh Mangal is also in 8th house. (Also, not the best period for Father's health, even 90s might not have been the best period for him and also grandparents)
(2) As owner of Raahu is in 9th house, you might have had some travels from 1991.
(3) From July 16th, you would enter Sadesati. As not many planets around Moon, it won't be as testing as it might be some other folks but middle 2.5 years Sept 2009 to Mar 2012 could be a bit troublesome from health point of view (above mentioned issues could have a follow-up in that period)
(4) You would enter Guru mahadasha from 2009 end and this would be a good period for 16 years on broad level, although Guru is wakri it is owner of 5th house(GREAT) and 2nd (ok as it is also a marak sthan). You can wear Pushkraaj to enhance Guru's effects in your horoscope.
(5) It is good horoscope, a bit difficult to decode as Ascendant is Scorpio but Moon, Sun, Mars, Rahu are in Budha's sign! So advising Coral and Paachu is almost out of question or not that advisable!
(6) Also, I am not that a fan of Lagnesh in 8th house!! (mars in your case). If KEtu's stone working fine then its just fine with me but I guess Raahu's gemstone Gomed could have helped mmore as it is with lagnesh Mars and Ravi and also in 8th house. (Soometimes diabetes or other issues with blood are seen especially with Ketu, here it is Raahu so it is ok sort).
I suggest doing YOGA regularly due to 8th house Lagnesh, Ravi and Raahu. This would help a LOT.
