(1) Is there a Heart-Trouble history in your family? Just checking. Do not ignore any minor issues to elderly people until especially Sept 2009 as Shani is in Leo sign going over 4 planets in your horoscope and opposite to Ketu/Mercury!
(2) I think for marriage, you could wait a bit more as owner of 7th house is in 12th hosue and that too in Moola nakshatra! Shanti keli nasel tar karun taakaa.
(3) Your Venus is very well placed in 5th hosue which shows premsambandh but Moola nakshatra chandra can negate this premsamabandh effect to some extent.
(4) In 2007 there was a GREAAAT chance of finding some appropriate. Did that happen? Please make sure apropriate check of patrika, family are done though.
(5) I think 2007 was good to find and 2008 was/is good to get married. So all the best. Even 2009 is not bad at all and probably the best year for marriage out of the 3.

But anyways, family, patrika etc background check is highly advisable to you.

(1) I think there should not be a problem to go ahead with this new relatinship. Is this relationship started sometime between Oct 2006 to Nov 2007? Then it is something which is good for you as Guru was aspecting Venus which is close to Mars in horoscope. Guru would enhance chances of getting correct one.
(2) In your horoscope, apart from Venus-Mars conjucntion, Harshal/Uranus is opposite to Moon & Mercury in 7th house which caused actual divorce.
(3) Also, you should as far as possible avoid relationship with people born on 8, 17 & 26. (#8). #4 and #8 don't go well together.
(4) He is manglik and you are not! But he is born on 2, moody/emotional side to it so it could reduce illeffects of 7th house mangal to some extent but his horoscope does show some irritation from time to time but this is not something to worry about.
(5) I suggest a careful analysis and makinig sure "Expectations" are VERY clear from each other before you guys go ahead.
(6) He can wear Raahu's Gomed in left hand, index finger in silver as he has Guru-Raahu yuti and also wear Pushkaraaj in right hand index finger for iincreasing Guru bal.
(7) From May2015 to Apr2016 Mercury Mahadasha and MArs antardasha could create some issues in understanding also some health issues for him but I think this shoudln't be too big etc.
(8) One more thought is that: From Sept 2009 to Dec 2011, there is chance that u guys might need to stay away inbetween periods. (not all 2.5 years but inbetwen is possible). THis period u guys would need to show good understanding & patience.
