Dear members
A recent report on Indian states mentioned that our Maharashtra is lagging behind all other states in India. This is a real matter of concern for all of us. I myself have lived in Bangalore and Hyderabad and the developments there are amazing. And our own Pune is not even 10 percent of both these cities. Bangalore is in headlines every month in the technology section of The New York Times.
The report further mentions that states like West Bengal is far ahead.
Who should be blamed for this (Political instability etc.)? What can all of us do for this?
