mazya mahiti pramane ICSE is the no 1 ani then CBSE karan amachya gharat mazi ek bahin ICSE la ani dusari CBSE la aahe tya varun me hey sangate aahe.
pan mala SSc ani IB baddal kahich mahiti nahi.

I guess it's other way round. I mean I do no have any stat to prove it. It's my personal opinion based upon what I studied for ICSE and peek I had to take at CBSE courses. Again it could be pertaining only to those particular topics.
Oh yeah, and both of these were more in-depth (and ofcourse challenging) than SSC/HSC curriculum we had back then. I heard that SSC/HSC have been revised since.
Also, you always have option of going for relatively easier one (say SSC/HSC) and study for NCERT certificate examinations.

mee CBSE laa hote aNi majhee chulat bahiNa ICSE laa. i think it would be wrong to rank one higher than the other in these 2 particular boards of education. I felt that there is a trade-off between these two. The Hindi and Science of CBSE was much tougher than ICSE but there were few topics of Maths which were covered in more elaborate and better fashion in ICSE and not CBSE..... so its difficult to compare these two ... some also say that its easier to score in ICSE than in CBSE ( though i am not sure how's that possible, maybe due to the emphasis on languages in CBSE which reduce your over all percentage as CBSE is strict with grading languages)
But IMO, both ICSE and CBSE will prepare you very well for the competitive or entrance examinations later on and would cover more advanced topics at early stages and are also a little bit tougher compared to SSC/HSC board..... hope this helps.

I agree to what Anwesha is saying as my daughter is in CBSE school. Nowadays most of the books (like Maths, science) r same for both CBSE and ICSE. I think in ICSE, there is no sanskrit. I am not sure (my neighbor's son goes to ICSE, he is not having it). Yes and they prepare u well for competetive exams and percentage wise if u r CBSE student's get 5% additional(I mean if they get 80% overall and goto SSC board for HSC, there % is considered 85. I don't know whether that rule has changed now but I don't think so(at least I am not aware). About scoring low in CBSE compared to ICSE, I don't agree as my niece scored 94% this year without going to any tutions, of course it depends on everyones ability, intelligence and hardwork. But compared to boring textbooks which we used to have in SSC curriculam (back then), my daughter's books r more interesting and elaborate.
