मराठी मनुष्य उद्योगधंद्यामध्ये मागे आहे त्याच्याकडे उद्योजकतेचा अभाव आहे असे आपण नेहेमी ऐकतो
याच बरोबर एकत्र येऊन एकमेकांना मदत करून दोघांनीही मोठे होण्याची धडपडही खूपच कमी वेळेला दिसते. (याला अपवादही आहेत.)
आज नोकरीच्या निमित्ताने अनेक मराठी तरूण, आणि काही काही बुजुर्गही वेगवेगळ्या क्षेत्रात आणि वेगवेगळ्या देशात काम करत आहेत. यातल्या काहींकडे विशेष ज्याला निश म्हणतात अशी टेक्निकल किंवा डोमेन स्किल्स आहेत तर काहींकडे उत्तम प्राॅडक्ट वा सेवेच्या कल्पना आहेत. काहींकडे मार्केटिंगसाठी काॅन्टक्ट्स आहेत तर कुणाकडे फ़ायनान्स वा वेळ आहे अनेकजण आपापल्या परीने जाॅब करता करता किंवा तो सोडुन आपली कल्पना प्रत्यक्षात उतरवण्याचा प्रयत्न करताना दिसतात.
पण एकदा व्यवसाय सुरू केला की लक्षात येते की त्यात अशी अनेक कामे असतात की ज्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ वा पैसा यांचा विचार सुरुवातीच्या हिशोबात केला नसतो मग एक तर खूप ओढाताण होते किंवा जरा नंतर बघू म्हणुन व्यवसाय बासनात गुंडाळला जातो
जर असे काही जण एकत्र आले तर कामाचे वाटपही करणे शक्य होते तसेच अनेक एक माणसी कंपनीपेक्षा एक मोठी कंपनी बरेच स्किल्स असलेली उभी रहाते आणि तिला यश मिळायची शक्यताही वाढते रिसोर्स पूलींग केल्यामुळे बाजारात दीर्घकाळ टिकुन रहायची क्षमताही वाढते आणि कुणी मार्केटिंग, तर कुणि आॅनसाईट सेवा तर कुणी आॅफ़्शोर सेवा अशी जबाब्दारी घेऊ शकतो
एच फ़ोर वर असल्याने वा अन्य कारणाने बाहेर जाउन काम करू न शकणर्‍या पण घरी इंटरनेटवर वा फ़ोनवर काही वेळ देउ शकणार्‍यानाही यातील काही कामे करता येतील. केवळ साॅफ़्टवेर नव्हे तर इतर अनेक क्षेत्रातही भारताचे ऍडव्हान्टेज लिव्हरेज करण्याचा हा चांगला मार्ग असू शकतो.
केवळ चांगल्या पगाराच्या नोकरीवर संतुष्ट न रहाता, परदेशात स्वताचा व्यवसाय उभा करण्याचा प्रयत्न अधिकाधिक जणांनी करावा असे वाटते तेंवा डोळे उघडे ठेवुन परदेशात व्यवसायाच्या संधी शोधुया आणि एकमेकांच्या सहाय्याने त्या प्रत्यक्षात आणुया
याबद्दल विचारांची देवाणघेVआण करण्यासाठी एक आॅन्लाइन मराठी उद्योजक नेटवर्क सुरु करावे असे वाटते तोपर्यंत ज्याना अशा नेटवर्क मध्ये रस आहे वा असा काही व्यवसाय सुरू करायचा आहे त्यानी ई मेल द्वारे संपर्क साधावा. काही जण जमले तर ई ग्रुप सुरू करता येईल
आपल्याकडे अजुन काहि कल्पना वा माहिती असेल तर जरूर मांडा

I come across many marathi professionals in various countries.
Some have product or service ideas, some have great technical expertise in niche areas, some have good client contacts they often want to start of on their own, but then capital is a limitation, also many do not want to lose the security of a well paying job.
Some such people can get together and start something either independently or with the help of somebody who already has a setup.
They can leave their job after the things take some shape thus minimizing their risk.
I have a setup in India and I am willing to work with such enterprising minds. And I am sure that there would be others also...

What is it ?
A global network of Marathii professionals, enterpreneurs and industrialists for mutual benefit and growth.
Who should join it ?
<a> Business owners.
<b> Individuals who want to start a full time / part time business in near future.
<c> Decision makers in buying process of any company.
<d> Independent consultants.
<e> Investors.
What does the network do ?
The network will introduce and will help its members to build relationships with each other for mutual benefit. The network is just a platform to bring the people together, highlight their strengths to others and provide guidance whereever required. It is finally up to the individual member to enter into a relationship with a suitable partner.
What kind of relationship ? How would it help/work ?
Well, here are some examples
<i> A business can expand its geographical or industry reach by using the presence or marketing contacts of another business or individual based in other country or state or industry.
<ii> A business can expand its offering by using special skills/knowledge/services of another business / individual.

Please note that this is not a general discussion forum about how to improve business acumen or any other such topic but a network for people who really want to do something constructive for mutual benefit. Also it is not meant for MLM, insurance agents and similar solicitation.
Although not limited to Maayboli, Maharashtra mandal members etc., these are definitely the starting points. Your suggestions are welcome.
