Thanks Dakshina for your info. Mala pan exactly Migrain nahi pan tyachi kahi symptoms aahet like- Fakta dava bhag dukhane, light& sound sensitivity. pan chakkar yene kivva ulatya hone ajibaat nahi. Dole pan khup aatun khup odhalyasarakhe vatatat, pan vision cha kahi problem nahi.

10. Aaplya paddhatine Omkar karun ghya. Omkarachya anek paddhati aahet. Apalyaya yet asaleli paddhat vapara.
11. Donhi hatachye talve ekmekanvar ghasa (8-10 times) mag te ubdar haat cheharyavar (dole vagalun) phirava.

Hint: Try to concentrate on contractig stomach muscles. This will make you exhale. We don't have to CONCIOUSLY inhale in Kapalbhati. Whatever air comes in when we relax our stomach muscles, is sufficient. Stomach muscles relaxation should be of shoeter duration (1/2 - 1/3) than muscle contraction.
