I just came to know that I am 6 weeks preganant. surprisingly other than missing my cycles i did not get any symptoms. is it good or bad? what could be the reason behind it? is it gonna affect my baby anyways? please help me

The symptoms will start after 8 weeks. 6 weeks is too early. every pregnancy is different, so dont compare with others experiences. all the best and take care
