ardha kilo chanyasathi khalil pramanat masalyache jinnas gheun te thodese bhajun mixer madhun pood kar. swatachya chavinusar spicy pana kami-jast karnysathi praman kamijast karave.

1/2 spoon jire, dhane
3-4 dalchiniche tukade, lavang
10-12 mire and
1-2 masala welachi

Foll is punjabi masala receipe :
jire, badishep, halad, khaskhas, methi-seeds, mohri, lal-tikhat, mirpud, aamchur,mith -- each item 4 spoons
dhane and corn flour - 8 spoons
black salt, dry ginger powder - 2 spoons
jaypatri ani jayfal pood- 1 spoon
hind - 1/2 spoon
lavang - 40 nos
masala velchi - 8

roast dhane, jire, badhishep, khaskhas, methi, mohri till brown and add remaining contents to it and mix well.
