sadhi amsulachi kadhi karatana tupavar kiva telavar jiryachi fodani ghalavi, tyat hiravi mrachi , kadhipatta, lasun takava. tyat pani+mith ghalave va 3-4 amsule takun khup ukalave. tyat varun kothmbir ghalavi hava aslyas naral ghalava.
Avadat asalyas miripud ghalavi .
Naralchya dudhatali amasulachi kadhi pan asate.

new age receipe of Sol Kadhi

1. Sole mahnje amsule komat panyat bhijat ghalavi
( pani agadi thoda. jemtem bhijel itpat)

2. Ola naral kharvadun ( kinva direct tukde mixer madhun kadhle tari chaltat pa taste vegli yete) chav/kees kinchitshya komat panyat bhijav 15-20 minutes.

nantar amsula, bhijavlela naral, ek-don lasun pakli,avdat aslyas kinchit alyacha chintu tukda, hirvi mirchi kapun (tikhat havi aslyas) sagla vat mixer madhye agdi barik..sadharan patal asu de. ani mag galnitun galun ghe.. vyavasthit..meeth ghal.. ki zali tujhi kadhi tayar!!! pani hava tasa bagh.

(kahi lok lasun,mohri,hing phodni detat varun.)

amsula vatlis na ki hotel sarkha gulabi sar rang yeto. matra amsula kami ghe bara.. nahitar ambat hote ti.

ajun ek prakare kartat.. bhatashi khanya sathi..

mumbait aslis tar majhya ghari ye..thats best!!!

Sol kadhila naralache dudh ghaltat. W/O naralache dudh je kokam saar aste tyala Gowyat Tiwal mhantat.
Sol kadhi bhata barobar khatat. Tiwal sadharan pane jad jewan(mutton jhakuti-wade) jhalyawar pachak mhanun pitat.
Naralachi kadhi ukalavat nahit(kadhila oot anat nahit). Kahi lok tyala phodni ghaltat.

आमसुलाचि कढि करण्याचि अजुन एक पद्धत

४-५ चमचे बेसन
३-३.५ वाट्या पाणी
आमसुल, हळद,तिखट,मीठ, थोडा काळा मसाला साखर्/ गुळ..सगळे चविनुसार घेणे
कढिपत्ता

बेसन, हळद,तिखट,मीठ, थोडा काळा मसाला साखर्/ गुळ हे सगळे पाण्यात नीट mix करुन घेणे
तेलात जिरे,मोहोरी ची फ़ोडणी करुन त्यात कढिपत्ता टाका
आणि त्यात वरिल मिश्रण टाका..
३-४ मिनिटांनि आम्सुल टाका
एक चांगली उकळि येइपर्यन्त उकळु द्या
ही कढी नुसती पिण्यास किंवा गरम भातावर सुद्धा छान लागते.. आणि होते सुद्धा पटकन

हाय तृप्ती मायबोलीवर स्वागत. नारळाच्या दुधाचा Chaokoh म्हणून एक थाई ब्रँड मिळतो तो चांगला आहे. देसी दुकानांमधे पण मिळतो.

नारळाच्या तयार दुधापेक्षा, frozen packets मिळतात चुनाची (खवलेला नारळ)...

थोडं पाणी घालून मिक्सर मधून काढलं तर Authentic होईल सोलकढी...
