Mugachi dal tabbetis far changli aahe. kichadishiway ticha upyog aamti sathi pan karta yeto

1 wati mugachi dal,2 hirwaya mirchya,1/2 wati ola khobra, 5 lasun paklya, muthbhar kothimbir,1/2limbu,chawiramane mith,phodnis tel,jira, mohari,hinga, halad

dal kukar madhun ukdun ghyawi.eka patelyat thoda tel ghalun , jeera ,hinga,halad,ghalun phodini karawi.tyawar dal ghalun jara dhawlawe.Mixer madhe khobra,mirchi, lasun,kothimbir ghalun te mix karawe ani dalit he mishran ghalawe.jara ukli ali ki mith limbu,thodi sakhar ghalun ek ukli anawi ani warun kothimbir ghalawi.

मुगाच्या डाळीचे वरण

२ मुठी मुगाची डाळ कुकर मधे शिजवुन घ्यावी. मग त्यात १ वाटी आम्बट ताक मिसळाव. मीठ घालुन हे मिश्रण गरम करुन घ्याव. वरुन मोहरी, लसुण, लाल्-मिरच्या, हळद यान्ची खमन्ग फ़ोडणी द्यावी. पचायला हलक अनि चवीला उत्तम अस हे वरण.
