काही helathy tips

सकळच्या breakfast मध्ये अक्रोड,बदाम असे जरूर include करावे.
किंवा दुपारचा ३ ते ६ हा काळ जरासा dangerous craving period मानला जातो.

म्हणजे की ह्याच वेळेत vending machine चा ज्यास्त businesS होतो.

scientifically ३ ते ६ मध्ये आपल्याला Craving of carbs जरा ज्यास्त होते, माहीती असेलच काहींना,
हा माझा सुद्धा स्वनुभव आहे.
सगळ्यांचे होते असेही नाही. आणी आपण आपोआप चीप्स, किंवा cookies असे काही खावेसे वाटते.
नाहीतर उगाच cappacino,coffee पितो.

वजन contorl करणयानी त्याएवजी nuts खावे जवळ walnut ,बदाम ठेवावे.

त्याने cholesterol पण कमी होते.

शक्यतो dessert हे दुपारी avoid करावे.
कारण sugar shoot up होवून lethargic पणा येतो. आणी झोपळ्यासारखे वाटते. मग आणखी cravings येतात. चहा, cofee प्यावेसे वाटते.
सो diet contorl करण्यार्‍यांनी ह्याचा विचार करावा.

खुप गोड पदर्थ दुपारी खावु नये. ऑफ़िस मध्ये बसुन असल्याने sugar metabolize होण्यास वेळ लागतो आणी वजन वाढायचे दुसरे कारण.

Not that I am aware of, its just saccharine, a chemical compound. Only I won't boil tea with it as I don't know what happens to saccharine on heating.

माझ्या आधीच्या post मध्ये ह्याच bb वर मी इतर sugar substitute माहीती दीली आहे.

मी त्यात splenda ला promote केले आहे compare to equal .

if you ask about saccharine, it SHOULD be TOTAL NO .. NO.

saccharine is more hazardous to health. if you want to use sugar substitute that is milder and ok then use splenda. it has dextrose content with aspartame. aspartame is lesser (aspartame is more in equal.

My mom is nutritionlist & dietcian doen lot of research in this area and worked in USA, she would neither support Equal or SPLENDA then saccharine is total OUT OF QUESTION.

Saccharine is an artificial, non-nutritive (no calorie) sweetener. Aspartame (available as Equal in blue packets) is a protein that has a sweet and sugary taste. Aspartame is not as stable as sugar or saccharine in heat or solution, so do not use it for baking, and look for expiration dates on soft drinks that contain Equal. Since the disappearance of the artificial sweetener, cyclamate (sold as Sugar Twin in yellow packets) from store shelves in the US in 1969, and the implication of saccharine as a cause of bladder cancer, consumers view other artificial sweeteners with a jaundiced eye.
Xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol, and sucralose (available in yellow Splenda packets) are sugar alcohols. Sugar alcohols are not sugar or alcohol, but resemble both in some ways. They are stable in heat and solution, and taste like sugar. Sugar alcohols have fewer calories than sugar.

Use of saccharine is product may be hazardous to your health. This product contains saccharin, which has been determined to cause cancer in laboratory animals."

Further research was then done on saccharine, because the FDA wished to ban saccharine outright but the food companies fought this (successfully). The National Cancer Institute ran studies in the next 2 years and found that saccharine was indeed connected with bladder cancer. People who drank only 2 cans or more a day of diet soda had an increased risk.

Studies show that the average teenager drinks over 2 cans of soda a day. One in 10 teenage boys drink EIGHT servings of soda a day. The average American drinks over a gallon of soda each week. With more people turning to diet sodas to control obesity, these levels can cause serious problems.

Pregnant mothers are especially cautioned to stay away from saccharine, because even small usage of saccharine could overwhelm the developing fetus' defenses and cause damage to the developing bladder area.

Congress continues to keep prologing the "ban moratorium", that is, refusing to allow the FDA to ban saccharine because it is so popular in products. Saccharine is cheap and stable, so diet food makers find it perfect for use in sodas, candies, and many other products. This commercial interest has outweighed the proven cancer risks since 1977, and shows no sign of letting up.

My recommendation is, if you MUST have sweet foods, to consume products with Splenda in it, and stay away from saccharine. Even better, wean yourself off the sweet tooth and enjoy water, iced tea and wine for drinking, and natural foods for eating. There's no reason to go with ANY artificial sweetener, and the less sweets you crave, the less likely you'll end up with health problems from ANY form of sweetener - natural or unnatural.

मनु, फ़ारच चांगली माहिती देते आहेस तू.
ए, पण एक शन्का..... तू म्हणते आहेस कि रोज बदाम आणि अक्रोड खावेत पण किती खायचे गं? हे फ़ार महत्वाचं आहे माझ्यासाठी. कारण सगळेच nuts मला मनापासून आवडतात. पिस्ते, काजू, बदाम आणि अक्रोड ह्यातलं रोज किती आणि काय काय खायचं? मला थोडा किडनीचा त्रास आहे...... म्हणजे मी calcium कमी घेते....... तर ह्यातलं त्यात काय खाता येईल?

This diet has been recommended by Dr Batra for healthy hair. But I guess looking at this plan, this diet can be taken by everybody to remain fit and healthy

Morning
--------
1 tb spoon ground flax seed (Marathi madhe jawas) + 1 glass of water

Breakfast
---------
1 cup tea or coffee
1 veg sandwich or sprouts (channa/moong) with tomatoes, cucumber and potato or cornflakes with milk and chopped fruits apple, banana or oats porridge
3 almonds, 3 walnuts, 3 dates

Midmorning
----------
A bowl of papaya (150-200 Gms)

Lunch
------
1 bowl of raw salad (cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, capsicum, tomato)
2-3 chapatis + 1 medium size katori rice
1 cup dal (150ml)
1/2 cup curd or 1 glass thin butter milk
Green leafy vegetables (spinach or mataki or chawali at least 3 days a week) or any other vegetable

Tea Time
--------
1 cup tea + 2 small Idalis or 1 veg sandwich or a 1 diet khakara or any fruit
Or a glass of coconut water

Dinner
------
1 serving salad
2-3 chapatis + 1 medium wati rice or khichadi or veg pulao
1 cup dal
1/2 cup curd or 1 glass of buttermilk

OR

1 bowl of spinach or mushroom or vegetable soup
1 grilled sandwich (tomatoes, cucumber, and boiled potato)

OR
1 bowl of spinach or mushroom or vegetable soup
Mixed vegetable stew with garlic bread or pasta with garlic bread (Include vegetables like carrot, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, potato, french beans)

OR

1 bowl of spinach or mushroom or vegetable soup
Pav bhaji with 3 pavs (The vegetable must include vegetables like onion, capsicum, carrot, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, potato, french beans and very little butter)

Bedtime
--------
1 cum skim milk or any fruit

बदाम(ईतर nuts पण) हे भिजवुनच खायला हवेत. ते रात्री भिजत घालायचे आणि सकाळी साल काढुन खायचे. ३, ५ किंवा ७ खावेत. मी तर म्हणेन की ३ नच खावेत. नाष्टा(नाश्ता) घेण्यापुर्वी हे बारिक चावुन खायचे आणि त्यावर ग्लासभर पाणी प्यायचे मग साधरण १५ मिनिटांनी breakfast करावा.

वरती अरुंधतीने सांगितले तसेच जवळपास मी करते.

बदाम हे अक्रोडापेक्षा calories मध्ये कमी असतात.
आणी ते सकाळी खावे ओटमील बरोबर.

मी इथे आईचा diet chart देणार होते जो ती आपल्या patients ना द्यायची


११ वर्षाचे पण hispanic, mexican मुलांना diabetis असायचा

anyways विषयांतर ला sorry
पण आजच्या काळात diet नीट नाही ठेवला तर बरेच काही होवु शकते.

मनु मला देशील का तो डाएट चार्ट.
मला स्लिप डिस्क्चा त्रास आहे २ महिने बेड रेस्ट होती त्यामुळे वजन चांगलेच वाढले आहे. आता कमी करायच आहे.
