Mala ethe ek pakkruti dete, rahilela bhatachi..Ti mala mazya maitrinine sangitli. Me ajun try keli nahi pan taste keli ahe, mast lagte. 1>Bhat hatane mash karun tyat besan ghalave. 2>Tyat kanda, Tomato, kothimbir, mirchi, lasun barik chirun ghalave. 3>Pani ghalun bhijvave..Dhirdi karto tashi consistancy thevavi. 4>Tavyavar thode tel takun dhirdyapramane, thode patal pasrave. 5>Donhi bajune kharpus bhajun gyave. Mast lagto ha prakar.

sanjeev kapoor chi ek recipe.. for urlela bhat ani amti.. bhat mash karoon tyat garam masala, tikhat, meeth ani baki avadtil ase masale ghalawe (garam masala, chat masala etc). mag amti madhye kaneek bhijwawi (!!!??!!) ani mag bhatache saran ghaloon parothe karawet!!! mi baghoon "chat" padlo.. ajun try keli nahiye..

उरलेली आमटी / भाजी घालून केलेले थालीपीठ झकास होते. त्यामुळे आमटीत कणीक भिजवावी यात आश्चर्य वाटण्यासारखे काही नाही..

Cutlets Bhat/Khichadi urali asel tar tyala panyacha hat lavun malun ghyave. Polya uralya asatil tar saral mixer madhun barik karun ghavyat.Yamadhe lasun thoda thechun ghalava, lal tikhat,meeth ghalave. Jeere aani oova ghalava. Yekhadi palebhaji e.g Palak urala asel tar tohi ghalata yeto, chan rang yeto. Rangasathi halad na ghalata Beet, gajar, palebhaji ghatali tar jast chan disatat/lagatat. Ya mishranache chote gole karun chapate karun ghyavet.Jadi jitaki kani titake tel kani lagate. He cutlets aata ravyamadhe gholun fry pan madhe agadi thode tel ghalun shallow fry karun ghyavet.(sagale ingredients shijalele asalyamule tel kami lagate 5-6 cutlets la 2t sp.) Sobat chatani(Chich/ khajur/ aal)kinva kechup Dyava.

take oil in a pan.add jeera,ginger.green chilles [finely cut],any vegetable of ur choice [except karela],then add tomatoes and sambar powder.Add the left over dal[after removing green chillies from it if any]when this starts boiling add the left over rice / poli /both.Garnish with corriander.Add juice of half lemon and switch off the gas immidiately. It tasted nice with sandgee mirchi or poha papad.
