A very simple way of making shrimp-kolambi. shell and devein the shrimp, salt, halad, tikhat, ani lime juice lavun theva. telavar, 2-3 cloves of garlic crush karun taka, brown them and put the shrimp, ani partun ghya, till done, on a medium flame. you dont need anything out of the ordinary for this recipe, and its great favourites with kids, esp since they supposedly dont like the 'kanda' in the usual way of making paratleli kolambi. its great for a rainy afternoon, oh well, its great anytime.

swatid, tu sangitlela kolumbicha prakar amhi..talaleli kolumbi karto tasach wattoy...pharak evdhach ki me, lasun watun kolumbila laun ghete ani limbu lavat nahi....nantar tandulacha pith-rava yacha coating karun shallow fry karte....yala amhi talaleli kolumbi mhanto...

This could be simplest of all and my favorite kolumbi Ingredients 20 Big Prawns (shelled,deveined ) 1 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbspn oil 2 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Turmeric poder 1 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) salt serves 4 Method Heat oil in pan.Add tumeric and hing.Stir for second and add prawns.Stir for about 2 minutes. Add chilli powder Garam Masala and salt to taste.Stir and add water.Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame

Mrs. Barve: deep fried shrimp 1 lb shrimp 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1tsp salt ground pepper 2 eggs,beaten 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs Oil for frying Peel and devein shell. Mix flour,salt and pepper. coat shrimp with this mixture. dip into egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil in batches until golden brown. Ha prakar far vel khato. tya aivaji readymade pakit milate. tyachya oven fried shrimp karata yetat
